This year-round, air conditioned two floor vacation condominium is perfect for the family or a group of friends no matter what season it is.  The first bedroom is huge with plenty of natural light and a comfy king size bed, dresser and color cable television.  There is an adjoining bedroom with two twin beds, a color cable television and additional room for cots and rollaway beds if needed.  The lower level features a giant turn-of-the-century beehive fireplace with a gas log insert, a queen size pullout sofa for extra guests, a comfortable chair in the corner for reading or relaxing, and a color cable television with a built in VCR.  The kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, range, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, pots, pans, utensils and a kitchen table with four chairs.  There is a small porch in front of the unit with a table, chairs, umbrella, a charcoal BBQ grill and BBQ utensils.  Daily maid service is included.

Rates are for occupancy of up to two (2) adults and two (2) children under 12.  Maximum occupancy is five (5) and additional guest charges of $15 per adult and $3 per child apply.
