The staff at Perry's motel & cottages deserve a "thank you" for being so nice and accommodating
to us when we were there vacationing on July 16-18. The adults and kids had a great time. Vicky
and her staff are very professional and we will surely recommend Perry's to anyone traveling with
children. You're doing a wonderful job with the place. We will all be back. If you have younger
children and are going to the North Conway area, highly recommend this place. Plenty of space
for the kids to run, swim, and play and the adults can sit back, watch them, and enjoy their
vacation as well. Thanks again to the staff at Perry's for a memorable vacation.

My husband, 2.9 year old son and I stayed at Perry’s Motel and Cottage from June 11 – 13th 2009. Upon reading the reviews, I do
admit that I was a little worried and skeptical about staying here.
We were pleasantly surprised when we got there. Our son immediately gravitated towards the toddler play area. It was stocked with
plenty of toddler toys, slides, cars, and other age-appropriate outdoor toys. Our son still asks to go back to the “motel park” even after
we came home. Our son also liked the playground for bigger kids on the other side of the pool. The Wolf’s den next to the motel office
had plenty of indoor toys and videos. This was the most toddler/kid friendly motel/hotel we ever stayed at. I love motels like Perry’s
Motel and Cottages because it kept our son busy. If you are a parent, you know that toddlers need to be busy every minute they are
awake. Our son had a great time keeping busy with all of the motel’s indoor and outdoor toys in between our trips to Storyland and
restaurants.
Now about our motel room: my husband and I are seasoned travelers and have stayed at 5-star hotels as well as smaller family-run
motels like this one. We were very happy with our room. The bathroom and small fridge were immaculately clean. The room was small
but it was plenty for us. This is an older motel but our motel room was comfortable and the bathroom was newly renovated. The staff
was very friendly and down to earth. This was a very reasonably priced motel and it’s a great bang for the buck. I highly recommend
Perry’s motel to families with kids.
I just wanted to thank you and your husband for the friendliness and superb service you extended to me and my family this past
weekend. Perry’s Motel is a great place for families to stay. Between the playground and the pool, all the kids had fun and the adults
enjoyed themselves as well. We really appreciated that Perry’s is conveniently located near Attached is a copy of a picture I took of the
kids having a great time in the pool. Thanks again for your hospitality, and I hope to be able to come up to Perry’s again before the end
of October.
