Bedrooms include linens and there is a brand new queen size bed in one bedroom, and two new queens in the other while the living area has a loveseat and a color television. The kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, pots, pans and utensils. Towels are supplied. It has a large master bedroom with plenty of natural light and a brand new king size bed, dresser and color cable television. There is an adjoining bedroom with a new queen and a new twin bed, a color cable television. The lower level features a giant turn-of-the-century beehive fireplace with a gas log insert, a queen size pullout sofa for extra guests, a comfortable chair in the corner for reading or relaxing, and a color cable television with a built in VCR. The kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, range, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, pots, pans, utensils and a kitchen table with four chairs. There is a small porch in front of the unit with a table, chairs, umbrella, a charcoal BBQ grill and BBQ utensils. {Note: We do not provide charcoal or lighter fluid.
